Education Qualification:
- Master’s degree (M.Tech/ ME/ M.Sc.) in IT/ Computer Science or in Rernote Sensing/CEO informatics or in Statistics/ Mathematics/ Data Science or. any other related disciplines with specialization in GIS or MCA
Desirable Qualification:
- Should have project-handling capabilities and evaluation of development activities Effective collaboration, organizational, and teamwork skills
- Working experience incorporating and applying data science, machine learning, and/or GIS applications to the broad field of disaster management; incorporation of data visualization and mapping remote sensing, vulnerability, and climate resilience
- Experience that included programming for data science (e.g., Python/ MATLAB/ JavaScript/ IDL/ R) and a full range of professional statistical work such as (a) intermediate and/ or advanced statistics, (b) linear, semi-linear, and/or non-linear models, (c) working with a range of data types and statistical methods, or (d) data visualization capabilities
- Familiarity with Geo-Databases Postagre SQL/SQL) and GIS server System (GeoServer & MapServer) / App development in GIS environment Capable of performing GIS analysis and map generation using automated programming techniques Advanced applied statistics skills, such as distributions, statistical testing regression, etc.
- Professional experience with developing machine learning solutions and applying them in real-world scenarios

Desirable:
- Knowledge of Data Models / Data Schema and Mapping Scale / Metadata creation and managing the same
- Knowledge of Geo-Databases Postgre SQL/SQL and GIS Server System (GeoServer & MapServer) / App development in GIS environment
- Knowledge in processing remotely sensed data (Image Processing) on different platforms with different data formats along with GIS data analysis and data conversion techniques
- Hands-on experience with Programming languages such as Python /JavaScript/ IDL/R

- Experience in setting up access control backup and upgrade systems with a new release and models.
- Familiar with OS and Cloud platforms (IaaS, SaaS, PaaS, STaaS).
- Knowledge of DNS (Network, Server, OS, Application, and Security patches).
- Programming languages such as Python/Java Script/R.
- Experience in working with different Geospatial Services (WMS, WFS, and other services, etc.).
