1. Name of the Post: Trade Apprentice
No of posts: 815
Stipend: Rs. 7700-8050/- per month
Educational Qualification:
ITI Pass Certificate in Related Trade/Stream.
Trade Category for ITI WCL Apprentice:
2. Name of the Post: Fresher’s Trade Security Guard
No of posts: 60
Stipend: Rs. 6000/- per month
Educational Qualification:
10th in the 10+2 system from a recognized board in India.
3. Name of the Post: Graduate Apprentice
No of posts: 101
Stipend: Rs. 9000/- per month
Educational Qualification:
- Full-time degree course (BE/B.Tech./AMIE) in Mining Engineering from Institutions duly recognized by UGC/AICTE/State Govt./Central Govt. And,
- Enrolled at NATS.
4. Name of the Post: Technician Apprentice
No of posts: 215
Stipend: Rs. 8000/- per month
Educational Qualification:
- Full-time Diploma in Mining Engineering or Mining & Mine Surveying or Mine Surveying from Institutions duly recognized by UGC/AICTE/State Govt/Central Govt., And,
- Enrolled at NATS Portal.
Age Limit as on 16.09.2023 for WCL Apprentice:
18-25 years (Age Relaxation will be given as per govt. norms)
Important Instruction for WCL Apprentice:
- Candidates shall have to produce their valid Aadhar Card as Identity Proof, a Mark-sheet of qualifying Examination, Proof of Date of birth, and Domicile Certificate, in original during the Verification of documents. Also for the Graduate & Technician Apprentice document as NATS enrolment Proof is required.
- No TA/DA will be paid to applicants called for the document verification process and for any stage of the engagement process as an Apprentice.
Selection Procedure for WCL Apprentice Recruitment 2023:
Merit Basis: The selection shall be made based on the percentage of marks obtained in the qualifying examination.
