Education Qualification & Experience:
- Degree in Engineering in Civil/ Mechanical/Computer Science/ Information Technology/Aeronautical/ Electrical/ Electronics disciplines from a recognized University with Three years experience in; OR Master’s Degree in Science in the subjects of Electronics/ Physics with two years experience in; OR B.Sc. Degree from a recognized University or equivalent with Physics/ Electronics as subjects with Five years experience in;-
- Air Traffic Control with Aerodrome Control/ Approach Control/ Area Control rating;
Or - Licensing of Aerodromes/ Flight Crew/ Air Transport;
Or - Management of Airside Operations of major/ International Civil Airport;
Or - Aircraft flying with Commercial Pilot Licence;
Or - Aircraft Flying in Defence Services;
Or - Flight operations department of a Schedules Airlines;
Or - Aerodrome Design and Planning.

2. Name of the post: Scientist-B (Physical-Civil)

Education Qualification:
- Master’s Degree in Physics/ Chemistry from a recognized University/ Institute; and One year of practical experience in the testing/ evaluation of building construction materials employing physical methods of analysis in a recognized Laboratory/ Institute
OR - Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering/ Chemical Technology/ Civil Engineering from a recognized University or Institute; and
- Two years of practical experience in the testing/evaluation of building construction materials employing physical methods of analysis in a recognized Laboratory/Institute.
Desirable:
- Research and Development experience in testing and evaluation techniques/ Non Destructive Testing techniques, material science, quality control, standardization, and calibration. Specialized knowledge of modern methods of testing soil for engineering purposes/ refractory materials/ heat insulating materials/ cement/ timber etc
3. Name of the post: Administrative Officer Grade-I

Experience:

5. Name of the post: Specialist Grade III (Urology)

- A recognized MBBS degree qualification is included in the First Schedule or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956). Holders of Educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in sub-section (3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956).
- Post-graduate degree in the concerned specialty or super specialty mentioned in Section A of Schedule VI of CHS Rules from a recognized Teaching Institute i.e. Magister Chirurguie (Urology); or Diplomate of National Board (Urology)
Experience:
- Three years experience in the concerned Speciality or super-specialty after obtaining the first Post-graduate degree.
6. Name of the post: Scientist ‘B’ (Environmental Science)

Essential Education Qualification:
- Master’s Degree in Environmental Science from a recognized University or Institute
Experience:

7. Name of the post: Engineer & Ship Surveyorcum-Deputy Director General (Technical)

Essential Education Qualification:

- Five Years’ service at Sea of which One year service as Chief Engineer or Second Engineer
Desirable:
- One year experience in the Survey and Inspection of Merchant ships and One year experience in Survey, inspection, and examination of merchant ships.

Experience:
- Three years, of experience in the concerned specialty after obtaining the first Post Graduate Degree or five years of experience after obtaining the Post Graduate Diploma
Eligibility Criteria for UPSC Jobs 2024:
- Citizenship:
- a citizen of India, or
- a subject of Nepal, or
- a subject of Bhutan, or
- a Tibetan refugee who came over to India before 1st January 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India, or
- a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, or East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania(formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India
