1. Name of the post: Chief Risk Officer (CRO)
No of post: 01 posts
Age limit: 40-57 years
Education Qualification:
- Graduation degree with
- Professional certification in Financial Risk Management from the Global Association of Risk Professionals
Or - Professional Risk Management Certification from PRMIA Institute;
- Professional certification in Financial Risk Management from the Global Association of Risk Professionals
Desirable Education Qualification:
- Holder of Chartered Financial Analyst charter awarded by CFA Institute.
Or - Designated as Chartered Accountant by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, or equivalent abroad,
Or - Designated as a Cost and Management Accountant by the Institute of Cost Accountants of India, or equivalent abroad.
Experience:
- Experience with a Bank (India/Abroad)/ Financial Institution with substantial exposure to Credit Risk, Market Risk, Operational Risk, Liquidity Risk, Interest Rate Risk, other pillar II risks, and risks emanating from and from overseas operations and group entities. Exposure to Analytics will be an added advantage.
Mandatory Experience:
- Five years of‟ experience in corporate credit and risk management at the level of Assistant General Manager or above in one or more PSB’s ‘or’ having similar roles and responsibilities in one or more regulated lending entities, with a minimum experience of one year in corporate credit and one year in risk management.
Desirable Experience:
- Good understanding of market risk and /or liquidity management and /or operational risk, with exposure to analytics being an added desirable experience.
2. Name of the post: IT Consultant
No of post: 01 post
Age Limit: 62 years
Education Qualification:
- Post Graduate in IT/ Computer Science /Statistics /Information Systems.
Mandatory Experience:
- Work experience as IT Consultancy/IT Advisory Services/ IT Expert/ Board Level engagement in an organization of a minimum of 03 years in the field of Information Technology/ Banking Technology/Cyber Security or relevant experience provided to Public Sector Banks/ reputed Financial Institutions / Government organizations /Leading IT service firms.
Desirable Experience:
- Banking-IT-related areas/projects involving IT Policy and Planning/ Financial Networks and Applications/ Financial Information Systems/ Cyber Security Technologies/ Payment Technologies. Member of Technical Advisory Group, Memberworking Group for Regulatory Authority/Government organizations, Member of Industry level working group.

- A candidate must be either
- a Citizen of India or
- a subject of Nepal or
- subject of Bhutan or
- a Tibetan Refugee who came over to India before Jan.1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India or
- a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania ( Formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India,
