Name of the post: Office Assistant (Accounts)

Location: Guwahati Campus
Age Limit: Preferably below 45 years
Salary: Rs.25000/-Rs.30000/-Per Month
Education Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B. Com.) or allied disciplines and 02 years of work experience in the accounting field
OR - Master’s Degree in Commerce (M. Com.) or allied disciplines
- Preference shall be given to Candidates having good knowledge of accounts, and experience in working in an ERP environment. The candidate should have proficiency in Word and Excel.
2. Name of the post: Administrative Officer- Off Campus
No. of posts: 01 posts
Location: Guwahati Campus
Age Limit: Preferably below 50 years
Salary: Rs.60000/-Rs.65000/-Per Month
Education Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline plus 10 years of work experience in handling administration aspects
OR - Master’s Degree in any discipline plus seven years of work experience handling administration aspects.
- Preference shall be given to Candidates having Excellent English communication, Writing skills, and coordination with various stakeholders, good knowledge of administration in academic institutions, experience in working in an ERP environment, knowledge of GoI rules, FR/SR, and Purchase procedure through GeM. The candidate should have proficiency in MS Office Word, and Excel.
