Territorial Army Recruitment 2023: The territorial Army invites online applications from intending eligible Indian citizens for recruitment as Territorial Army Officers through the online Entrance Exam-2023, based on the concept of enabling motivated young citizens to serve in a military environment without having to sacrifice their primary professions.

Pay scale: Level 10 – Level 13A (Rs.56,100 – Rs.2,17,600), Military Service pay Rs.15,000/-
Age limit: 18 to 42 years as of the last day of filing of application i.e. 21 Nov 2023.
Educational Qualification: Graduate from any recognized university.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Nationality: Only citizens of India (male and female).
- Physical Standards: A candidate must be physically and medically fit in all respects.
- Employment: Gainfully Employed.
Note: Serving members of the Regular Army/ Navy/ Air Force/ Police/ GREF/ Para Military and like forces are not eligible.
Selection Procedure:
- Candidates whose application forms are found correct and are declared successful in the online entrance exam will be detailed for intelligence and personality tests at the Service Selection Board.
- Two-stage selection procedures based on the Psychological Test and Intelligence Test have been introduced at Service Selection Boards. All the candidates will be put to stage one test on the first day of reporting at Selection Centres. Only those candidates who qualify at stage one will be admitted to the second stage/remaining tests and all those who fail to pass stage one, will be returned.
- The male and female candidates will be placed in separate order of merit on the basis of the total marks secured by them in the online entrance examination and in the SSB tests.
Examination Centres:
The Examination will be conducted in PAN India. The list is given on the TA website www.jointerritorialarmy.gov.in.
Application Fees:
Candidates are required to pay a fee of Rs 500/-(Rupees two hundred only).
