
RCFL Recruitment 2021 invites online applications from intending eligible candidates for the 50 vacant posts of Operator Grade I (Chemical), Grade–A8.
Name of the Posts: Operator Grade I (Chemical), Grade–A8.
No. of posts: 50 [ UR: 24, SC: 5, ST: 4, OBC (NCL): 13, EWS: 4]
Salary: Rs. 26,000- 80,000/-
Educational Qualification, Experience and Age as on 31st May, 2021:
a) Qualification: Full time & regular B.Sc.(Chemistry) Degree with Physics as one of the subjects during any of the 3 years course of B.Sc. Degree and NCVT in the Attendant Operator (Chemical Plant) i.e. AO(CP) Trade. The National Council of Vocational Training (NCVT) in AO(CP) Trade should necessarily be completed after passing of B.Sc.(Chemistry) Degree.
Minimum Percentage: The candidates should have secured a minimum of 55% marks in the last year (or Average/Aggregate of last two semesters) of B.Sc.(Chemistry) Degree Course (50% for SC/ST category candidates).
Maximum Age: 36 years for Unreserved category, For SC / ST Category – 41 years, For OBC Category – 39 years. Additional Concession for Children/ family members of the victims of 1984 riots – 5 years.
Experience: The candidate must possess Seven years of work experience preferably in the Fertilizer or Chemical industry (Pesticides, Agrochemical, Chlor Alkali, Organic Chemical Manufacturing) having a continuous process, and performing the job in the Process/Production Deptt. Period of Training will not be considered as experience. Experience should be after acquiring B.Sc.(Chemistry) Degree and NCVT in AO(CP) Trade.
OR
b) Qualification:
i) Full-time & regular Three Years’ Diploma in (Chemical/Allied branches of Chemical) Engineering/Technology and one-year training (BOAT) under the Apprentices Act-1961 (Amendment 1973).
or
ii) The Candidates with HSC(Science) and direct admission to second year/ 3rd Semester of Three Years’ Diploma in (Chemical/Allied branches of Chemical) Engineering/Technology and one-year training (BOAT) under the Apprentices Act-1961 (Amendment 1973). The one-year training (BOAT) should necessarily be completed after passing the above prescribed qualification.

i) 4 years (Eight Semesters) or 3½ years’ (Seven Semesters) full time & regular Diploma in (Chemical/Allied branches of Chemical) Engineering/ Technology under Sandwich pattern.
or
ii) The Candidates with HSC(Science) and direct admission to second year/ 3rd Semester of 4 years (Eight Semesters) or 3½ years’ (Seven Semesters) full time & regular Diploma in (Chemical/Allied branches of Chemical) Engineering/ Technology under Sandwich pattern.

Selection Procedure for RCFL Recruitment 2021:
The candidates who have applied for the post through an Online Application will be called for a Trade Test in the ratio of 1:7 on the basis of Qualification and Work experience rating score.
Job Location: The postings of the selected candidates may be at any of the Units (Trombay / Thal) / Area offices of the company throughout India or at any project site as decided by the Management. The selected candidate will be assigned jobs/functions/assignments as per the business requirements of the Company including shift operations.

Candidates can apply online through the website https://www.rcfltd.com/ only from 07.06.2021 ( 10.00 a.m.) to 21.06.2021 (05.00 p.m.). No other mode of application will be accepted.
Application Fee:
Non – refundable application fee of Rs. 700/- (Rupees Seven Hundred only) plus Bank Charges and applicable taxes (GST) for the posts in the Workers’ category are required to be paid by General, OBC, and EWS category candidates at the time of submission of the online application form.
SC/ST category candidates are not required to pay any application fee.
