Education Qualification:
- PG Degree/ PG Diploma / PG Programme in Rural Management/ Rural Development/ Displacement/Resettlement/ Rehabilitation/Community development/ Local Governance/ Local Development/ Livelihoods/ Social Entrepreneurship/ Social Development/ Social Administration/ Sustainable Development/ Development Policy & Practice/ Development Studies or MSW or MBA or Graduate in Engineering from recognized University/institute.
Experience:
- Minimum 02 years of working experience in one or more of the areas related to conducting/ reviewing/ Analysing/ Monitoring socio-economic surveys 9SES)/Studying and analyzing the Viability of various rehabilitation & resettlement options/ preparing and implementing RAP plans/handling R&R matters/ Consultation with stakeholders through participatory tools like a rural appraisal, public hearing, VDAC, etc/handing of R&R activities in power projects/coal mining / other industries/handing CSR Activities under the companies ACT/handing need assessment surveys/social impact assessment surveys/Planning & implementation of CSR Activities or projects, etc.
Tenure of Engagement:
- 03 years (extendable up to 02 years based on recruitment)
