NPHC Limited Recruitment 2023: National Hydro Electric Power Corporation (NHPC) Limited invites online applications from intending eligible Indian Nationals for filling up 388 vacant posts of Junior Engineer, Supervisor, Accountant, Hindi Translator and Draftsman.

1. Name of the Post: Junior Engineer (Civil)

No of posts: 149 [SC-22, ST-11, OBC-42, EWS-14, UR-60]

Pay: Pay scale Rs. 29,600- 1,19,500 (IDA).

Essential Qualification:

  • 03 years full-time regular Diploma in Civil Engineering from Government/Government recognized Institutes with minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade.
  • SC/ST/PwBD Candidates with 50% marks are eligible to apply.
  • Higher technical qualification like B.Tech./B.E. without the essential qualification i.e., full-time regular Diploma is not eligible/allowed.

2. Name of the Post: Junior Engineer (Electrical)

No of posts: 74 [SC-11, ST-7, OBC-19, EWS-07, UR-30]

Pay: Pay scale Rs. 29,600- 1,19,500 (IDA).

Essential Qualification:

  • 03 years full-time regular Diploma in Electrical Engineering from Government/Government recognized Institutes with minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade.

5. Name of the Post: Supervisor (IT)

Essential Qualification:

  • Regular Graduate with DOEACC ‘A’ level course from Government/ Government recognized Institutes with minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade.
    OR
  • Three years regular Polytechnic Diploma in Computer Science/IT from Government/Government they have recognized Institutes with minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade.
    OR
  • Regular BCA/B.Sc. (Computer Science/IT) from Government/Government recognized Institutes with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent grade.

Experience: Minimum 1 Year post qualification experience as of 30.06.2023 in one or more of the following technologies:

  1. Software /Web /MobileApp development: Python /PHP/Django /Angular/React/WordPress/ReactNative /Flutter/.NETetc
  2. Network Management: Server ManagementinWindowsand LinuxOperatingSystem /Firewall Management/CyberSecurity
  3. Database ManagementSystem: Oracle /MySql /PostgreSQL/otherRDBMSAdministration

6. Name of the Post: Supervisor (Survey)

No of posts: 19 [SC-2,ST-1, OBC-5, EWS-1,UR-10]

Pay: Pay scale Rs. 29,600- 1,19,500 (IDA).

Essential Qualification: 03 years full-time regular Diploma in Surveying/Survey Engineering from Government/Government recognized Institutes with minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade.

Experience: The candidate must know with job description-taking longitudinal section, cross section, contouring, topographic survey, hydrographic survey, land map, valuation statement, land acquisition works, drawing of detailed survey map, handling and operating Theodolite, EDM, Total Station (Computerized Survey Instrument), Codifying the Data, Survey Software Program (e.g. LISCAD, etc.) including terrain modeling in computer, printing, etc. with minimum 1-year post qualification experience as on 30.06.2023.

7. Name of the Post: Sr. Accountant

No of posts: 28 [SC-4, ST-2, OBC-7, EWS-2, UR-13]

Pay: Pay scale Rs. 29,600- 1,19,500 (IDA).

Essential Qualification: Inter CA Pass or Inter CMA Pass.

8. Name of the Post: Hindi Translator

No of posts: 14 [SC-1, ST-1, OBC-3, EWS-1, UR-8]

Pay: Pay scale Rs. 27,000- 1,05,000 (IDA).

Essential Qualification: Master’s degree from a recognized Indian university in Hindi with English as an elective subject at the Degree level or Master’s Degree from a recognized Indian university in English with Hindi as an elective subject at the degree level. Pass candidates are eligible to apply.

Experience: One-year post qualification experience as of 30.06.2023 in using/applying terminology (terminological work) in Hindi and translation work from English to Hindi and Vice Versa in Central/State Govt./PSU.OR One-year post-qualification experience in research or teaching in Hindi in Central/State Govt. Educational Institute. OR Degree/Diploma in translation from English to Hindi and vice versa from a recognized Indian University.

9. Name of the Post: Draftsman (Civil)

No of posts: 14 [SC-1, ST-1, OBC-3, EWS-1, UR-8]

Pay: Pay scale Rs. 25,000-85,000 (IDA).

Essential Qualification: Matriculation Pass and ITI in Draughtsman Civil Trade from NCVT with NTC/NAC.

10. Name of the Post: Draftsman (Elect./Mech.)

No of posts: 8 [SC-01, OBC-2, UR-5]

Pay: Pay scale Rs. 25,000-85,000 (IDA).

Essential Qualification: Matriculation Pass and ITI in Draughtsman Mechanical/ Electrical Trade from NCVT with NTC/NAC.

Age Limit:

The candidate’s age must be within 30 years as on 30.06.2023.

Age Relaxation: The upper age limit is relaxable by

  • SC/ST: 5 years
  • OBC/NCL: 3 years
  • PwBD applicants: 10 years (UR/EWS), 13 years (OBC) & 15 years (SC/ST).
