NJA Recruitment 2024: The National Judicial Academy (NJA) invites offline applications from intending eligible candidates for the recruitment of 04 Manager and Law Associate Posts on a deputation or contract basis.
1. Name of the Post: Manager (Documentation Communication Public Relations) (Group – A)
No. of posts: 01 posts
Salary: Rs.56100/-Rs.177500/-
Education Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University with good command over the English language, with a minimum 5 years of experience in documentation and publication work -in the pay-scale not lower than Rs.44,900 /-1,42,400/- under the 7th CPC or equivalent (or) with minimum 8 years of experience in documentation and publication work in the pay-scale not lower than Rs.35,400 – 1,12,400/- under 7th CPC or equivalent. Experience in documentation and/or publication works in any National level Academic/ Training Institution, in an equivalent or similar capacity will be preferred.
2. Name of the post: Law Associate
No. of posts: 03 posts
Salary: Rs.74000/- plus Rs.6000/- HRA
Education Qualification:
- Fresh Law Graduate of Five years course. (Deputation not allowed)

- 45 to 56 years
Selection Procedure:
- The selection mode will be either through an aptitude/skill test or an interview. The mode of selection for Group-C posts will be based on the merit of the candidate in skill/ written test. Only short-listed candidates will be called for skill/ written tests.
