NHM UP Recruitment 2021: The National Health Mission (NHM), Uttar Pradesh invites online applications from intending eligible candidates for 2800 contractual vacancies for a 06 Month Certificate in Community Health for Nurses (CCHN) Training for the 2021-22 session.
Name of the Post: Community Health Officers – CCHN
No. of Posts: 2800 [UR- 1120, EWS- 280, OBC- 756, SC- 588, ST- 56]
Salary:
- Rs. 10,000/- per month will be offered as a stipend during the training period, which includes boarding & lodging allowances.
- Maximum Rs. 35,500/- per month (Rs 20,500 per month salary plus up to Rs 15,000 per month performance-based incentive) will be offered at the time of posting at SC-HWC in the district as a CHO subject to the guideline issued by GoI.
- National Health Mission, UP shall provide support for course fees and transportation costs for practicum etc. (one time only).
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA AND REGISTRATION for NHM UP Recruitment 2021:
- Qualification: General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) from a recognized Institute or B.Sc. Nursing or Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized Institute/University.
- Age Limit: Less than 35 years of age as of date i.e. 20th July 2021, and reservation policy is applicable as per U.P. State Government rules.
Upper Age Limit is relaxed by:
- 3 Years for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer)
- 5 Years for SC/ST
- Candidates must be registered as Nurse and Midwife from UP Nurses & Midwives Council and have a valid registration certificate at the time of online submission of application.
Selection Procedure for NHM UP Recruitment 2021:
Mode of Selection– Shortlisting and Written Examination.
TEST CITIES: The Computer Based Test will be held in major cities of Uttar Pradesh as mentioned in the online application form. Candidates may opt for three test cities preferred from the list and the same cannot be changed after the online form is submitted.
