- Management Trainee Mechanical:
- Full-time Regular Engineering Degree (B.Tech./B.E./B.Sc. Engg.) in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD/Departmental candidates) from AICTE /UGC approved Institution. OR AMIE in Mechanical Engineering from Government government-recognized institute.
- Management Trainee (Electrical):
- Full Time Regular Engineering Degree (B.Tech./ B.E./ B.Sc. - Management Trainee (HR):
- Minimum 60% Marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD/Departmental candidates) in 02 years full-time regular MBA/ PG Degree/ PG Diploma (PGDM/PGDBM)/integrated MBA, from Universities/ Institutes recognized by UGC/AICTE with specialization in Human Resource/ Personnel Management/ Personnel Management & Industrial Relations/ Human Resource Management/ Human Resource Development/ /Human Resource Development & Management/ Labour Laws & Personnel Management. For candidates possessing full-time regular MBA /PG Degree/ Diploma (PGDM/PGDBM)/Integrated MBA with dual specializations, the qualification should have a major specialization in the aforesaid areas of HR. The candidates will have to provide a certificate from the Institute/University indicating a major specialization in above-mentioned areas of HR.
