Nainital Bank Recruitment 2021: The Nainital Bank Limited is around a century-old Private Sector Scheduled Commercial Bank established in the year 1922 by Bharat Ratna Late Pt. Govind Ballabh Pant and few other prominent personalities of Nainital. At present, the Bank has 03 Regional Offices one each at Haldwani, Dehradun and Noida with a network of 162 branches across 05 states of North India namely Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, Haryana and Rajasthan.

The Nainital Bank Limited invites online applications from intending eligible candidates for 150 vacant posts of Management Trainee and Clerk across various branches.

1. Management Trainee

No. of Posts: 75

Salary: Lump sum payment of Rs. 30,000/- per month

Note: The Management Trainee may be absorbed in the initial stage of Basic Pay of Officers Grade/Scale-I i.e. Rs. 36,000.00 plus allowances, after satisfactory completion of one year’s active period of assignment. The Management Trainees after absorption in Officers Grade/Scale-I shall remain on probation for a period of one year.

Essential Qualification as of 31.03.2021:

  • Graduation/Post Graduation with minimum 50% marks from a recognized University.
  • Knowledge of Computer Operations is essential.

Post qualification Experience as of 31.03.2021:

Candidate having 1-2 years experience in banking/ financial/ institutions/ NBFCs will be given preference.

Age Limit: Age in Years as on 31.03.2021

  • Minimum- 21
  • Maximum- 27

2. Clerks

No. of Posts: 75

Salary: Pay Scale of Rs.17900-1000/3-20900-1230/3-24590-1490/4-30550-1730/7-42660-3270/1-45930-1990/1-47920 Plus applicable allowances.

Essential Qualification as of 31.03.2021:

  • Graduation / Post Graduation with minimum 50% marks from a recognized University.
  • Knowledge of Computer Operations is essential.

Post qualification Experience as of 31.03.2021:

Candidate having 1-2 years’ experience in banking/ financial/ institutions/ NBFCs will be given preference.

Age Limit: Age in Years as on 31.03.2021

  • Minimum- 21
  • Maximum- 28

Selection Procedure for Nainital Bank Recruitment 2021:

The selection of candidates will be done on the basis of an online written test followed by an interview.
