MSRLS Recruitment 2021: The Meghalaya State Rural Livelihoods Society (MSRLS) invites online applications from the citizens of Meghalaya for filling seven posts of District Functional Specialist & Block Project Manager for Garo Region.
1. District Functional Specialist –Institution Building & Capacity Building (DFS–IBCB)
No. of posts: 1
Salary: Rs. 27,000/– per month
Qualification & Experience:
- PG/PG Diploma/Degree in Rural Development/ Social Work/Agriculture/Science from recognized University / Institution
- Minimum 3 years experience in Rural Development and Poverty Alleviation Programmes, should have worked for SHGs/Community Organization/Cooperatives.
- Individuals having experience in training rural mass is preferred
Age Limit: Within 35 years of age (5 years relaxation for ST/SC).
2. District Functional Specialist –Financial Inclusion (DFS–FI)
No. of posts: 3
Salary: Rs. 27,000/– per month
Qualification & Experience:
- PG Degree/PG Diploma in Rural Development/ Social Works/ Business Management -Finance/ Commerce/ Science from recognized University/Institution
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Rural Development and Poverty Alleviation Programmes
- Having worked in a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC)/ Micro Finance Institutions (MFI)/PSU/NGO.
Age Limit: Within 35 years of age (5 years relaxation for ST/SC).
3. Block Project Manager
No. of posts: 3
Salary: Rs. 25,000/– per month
Qualification & Experience:
- PG/PG Diploma/Degree in Rural Development/ Social Work/Agriculture/Science from recognized University / Institution
- Minimum 3 years experience in managing rural development projects preferably SHG, Microfinance and Livelihoods Promotion, Community Development Programmes etc.
- Fluency in the local language.
Age Limit: Within 35 years of age (5 years relaxation for ST/SC).
Selection Procedure for MSRLS Recruitment 2021:
The shortlisted candidates will be informed by e-mail and subjected to undergo the multi-modal selection process, which will include a preliminary examination that will test the verbal, quantitative, and analytical abilities of the candidates and thereafter, a group discussion, skill test, and /or any such other tests as MSRLS may decide. The screening of the candidates will take place at every stage of the examination. The preliminary examination will be held at Shillong and Tura. Candidates appearing for the Examination will not be paid any TA/DA.
