MOIL Limited Recruitment 2021: MOIL Limited (formerly known as Manganese Ore India Limited) is a Schedule ‘A’ Miniratna Category-I PSU under the Ministry of Steel, Government of India. It is the largest Manganese ore producer in the country, operating eleven mines spread in the states of Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh.
MOIL invites online applications from intending eligible candidates to fill 57 vacant positions of Select Grade Mine Foreman/ Trainee Select Grade Mine Foreman, Mine Foreman, Electrical Supervisor/ Trainee Electrical Supervisor, Mine Mate & Blaster through Direct recruitment and Graduate Trainees & Manager(Survey).
RECRUITMENT FOR THE POSTS OF SELECT GRADE MINE FOREMAN(NE-09)/TRAINEE SG MINE FOREMAN, MINE FOREMAN(NE-08), ELECTRICAL SUPERVISOR (NE- 09/TRAINEE ELECTRICAL SUPERVISOR, MINE MATE(NE-05) & BLASTER(NE-04).

1. Mine Foreman-I (NE-08)

Educational Qualification:
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a recognized Institute
- Holding a valid Electrical Supervisor’s Certificate of Competency, covering mining installation issued under sub-regulation (1) of regulation 29 of Central Electricity Authority Regulations, 2010.
Experience: 3 years experience in the Electrical field in a Limited Company i.e. either Public or Private (incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013) in India, Preferably in Mining Industry.
Age Limit: Upto 40 years.

1. Graduate Trainee (Mechanical):

2. Graduate Trainee (Electrical):

Educational Qualification:
- Graduate from a recognized university/ Institute.
- Diploma in Mining & Mine Surveying/ Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Surveyor’s Certificate of Competency (Unrestricted)
Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in surveying underground mining out of which 2 years experience (1 year for the internal candidate) in immediate lower scale (IDA) i.e. 40000-140000 or equivalent (CDA)
Or,
Diploma in Mining & Mine Surveying/Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent along with Surveyor’s Competency (Unrestricted) Minimum 4 years experience in surveying underground mining out of which 2 years experience (1 year for an internal candidate) in immediate lower scale (IDA) i.e. 40000-140000 or equivalent (CDA).
Age Limit for Graduate Trainees and Manager: The Upper Age Limit is 30 years for Graduate Trainees as on 1 5 / 0 9 / 2 0 2 1 for General (UR) & EWS category candidates and 35 years for the post of Manager(Survey).
Age Relaxation for MOIL Limited Recruitment 2021:
Upper Age Limit is relaxed by:
- 3 Years for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer)
- 5 Years for SC
- Relaxation for Ex-Servicemen category candidates is Service rendered in the Armed forces plus 03 years.
