MMRC Recruitment 2021: Mumbai Metro Rail Corporation Limited (MMRC) invites online application from the intending candidates to appoint qualified and experienced professionals for the following posts on Regular / Deputation basis

1. Name of the Post: General Manager (Accounts)

No. of Post: 01
Pay Scale: Grade (E8) Rs. 1,20,000 – 2,80,000/- (IDA Pay scale)
Age: Maximum 55 years (Age is relaxable for deserving/ internal /deputation candidates)

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification: Candidate must be a regular full-time Graduate from a recognized university and a Chartered Accountant or Cost Accountant or MBA (Full Time) with specialization in Finance from a reputed University/ Institute.

Experience:

  • Member of Group “A” Service of Government of India in JAG with 05 years’ experience or in SG/ SAG Grade working in Level 13 / 13A of 7 th CPC pay matrix. OR
  • Executives working in “CPSE/ PSU/ Autonomous Bodies” with 05 years’ experience in the E6 or equivalent grade with IDA pay scale of Rs. 90,000 – 2,40,000/- or Rs.36,600-62,000/- (pre-revised) with minimum 02 years’ experience in the E7 or equivalent grade with the IDA pay scale of Rs. 1,00,000 – 2,60,000/-or Rs.43,200-66,000/- (prerevised).
  • Candidates from organization of private sector (with annual turnover of not less than Rs. 2000 crores and with a minimum CTC of Rs. 20 Lakhs p.a.) should have at least 10 years of cumulative experience at a senior level / middle management level during the last 18 years.
  • Candidates should have sound knowledge and experience in Project Finance, Project Accounting, Finalisation of Annual Accounts, Internal Financial Control, Auditing and coordinating with Auditors including CAG, Multilateral/Bilateral Funding, Direct and Indirect Taxation, Treasury Management, Tender Evaluation, Contract Management, vetting of contracts/ offer, Risk Assessment, working knowledge of IND-AS, compliance of Companies Act, 2013 and Corporate Governance, setting up of systems and procedures for office automation, project appraisal and project funding including raising / arranging funds for projects from Domestic Banks /International sources/ Financial Institutions / Public or on Private placement basis.
Desirable:
  • Candidate with experience of working in Railways/ Metros/ other PSUs or other Govt. / Semi-Govt. will be preferred.
  • Candidates with working knowledge of ERP/Oracle Financials & Computers will be preferred.

2. Name of the Post: Deputy General Manager (Accounts)

Pay Scale: Grade (E5) Rs. 80,000 – 2,20,000/- (IDA Pay scale)
Age: Maximum 40 years (Age is relaxable for deserving/ internal /deputation candidates)

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification: Candidate must be a regular full-time Graduate from a recognised university and Chartered Accountant or Cost Accountant or MBA (Full Time) with specialization in Finance from a reputed University/ Institute.

Experience:

  • Minimum 09 year’s post qualification executive grade experience with 04 years’ experience in next below grade in IDA pay scale of Rs. 70,000 – 2,00,000/- or Rs. 29,100-54,500/- (pre-revised) of PSUs (Central / State), Govt. Metro Rail or
  • Executives with total minimum 09 years’ post qualification experience in Finance & Accounts in any Govt. Organization (Central / State) in the Pay matrix- Level- 11 & 12 of 7th CPC under CDA pay scale, with 04 years’ executive working experience in next below grade
  • Candidates from organization of Private Sector (with annual turnover of not less than Rs. 2000 crores and with a minimum CTC of Rs. 12 Lakhs p.a.) must have a minimum experience of 09 years’ post-qualification experience in executive grade.
  • Candidate should have exposure / working experience in area of Contract Management, Financial Statements, Corporate Accounting, Project Accounting, Financial Management, Multilateral / Bilateral Funding, Taxation – Direct/ Indirect, Treasury Management, Corporate Governance, Tender Evaluation, vetting of contracts / offers / working knowledge & implementation of IND-AS, Compliance of Companies Act, 2013, Internal Financial Controls, Risk Assessment, dealing with auditors including CAG, project appraisal and project funding including raising / arranging funds for projects from Domestic Banks / International sources/Financial Institutions / Public or on Private placement basis.
Desirable:
  • Candidate with experience of working in Railways/ Metros/ other PSUs or other Govt. / SemiGovt. will be preferred.
  • Candidates with working knowledge of Oracle Financials, working exposure under ERP & Computers will be preferred.

Selection Procedure for MMRC Recruitment 2021:

Candidates applying for the posts mentioned in the advertisement will be called for Personal Interview. MMRCL reserves the right to shortlist the Candidates for Personal Interview. The Candidates will be shortlisted for interview, based on their eligibility/ experience in the relevant field. Candidate may be asked to submit any other documents required by the scrutiny committee and he/ she is liable to produce the same. Selection criteria are relaxable for deserving Candidates with very sound background on discretion of committee for Scrutiny/ Selection.
