MES Recruitment 2021: Military Engineer Services (MES) invites online applications from the desirous and eligible candidates to fill up the vacant posts of Draughtsman and Supervisor, in MES Department, by Headquarters Chief Engineer Pune Zone under the aegis of Headquarters Chief Engineer Southern Command.
1. Draughtsman
No. of Posts: 52 [UR-21, OBC-14, SC-8, ST-4, EWS-5]
Salary: Pay matrix Level-6 (Rs. 35,400-112,400)
Essential qualification: Must have passed three years Diploma in Architectural Assistantship from a recognized Institution.
Desirable Qualification: One year experience in working Auto Cad, operation of Xerox, Printing, and Lamination Machine.
Age: 18-30 Years.
2. Supervisor B/S
No. of Posts: 450 [UR-183, OBC-120, SC-69, ST-33, EWS-45]
Salary: Pay matrix Level-6 (Rs. 35,400-112,400)
Educational and other qualification:
i. Master’s Degree with Economics or Commerce or Statistics/Business Studies or Public Administration from a recognized University or Institute.
ii. One year experience in handling Stores and Keeping Accounts in a store or in a concern of Central or State Government or Statutory or Autonomous Organization or Public Sector Undertaking or University or any recognized Institution or Banks or on a Private Sector organization listed on the Stock Exchange(s) of India.
OR
iii. Bachelor’s Degree in Economics or Commerce or Statistics or Business Studies or Public Administration as a subject from a recognized University or Institute.
iv. Diploma in Materials Management or Warehousing Management or Purchasing or Logistics or Public Procurement from a recognized University or Institute.
v. Two year’s Experience in handling Stores and Keeping Accounts in a store or in a concern of Central or State Government or Statutory or Autonomous Organization or Public Sector Undertaking or University or any recognized Institution or Banks or in a private Sector organization listed on the Stock Exchange(s) of India.
Age: 18-30 Years.
Eligibility Criteria for MES Recruitment 2021:
a) Nationality:
A candidate must be either:-
- A citizen of India, or
- A subject of Nepal, or
- A subject of Bhutan, or
- A Tibetan refugee who came over to India, before the 1st Jan 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India, or
- A person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania ( Formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India.
- Provided that a Candidate belonging to categories (2) to (5) above shall be a person in whose favor a certificate of eligibility has been issued by the Government of India.
b) Candidate must have completed essential and other qualification as on crucial date of Eligibility.
c) Age Limit: Candidate must be between 18 and 30 years of age at the time of the crucial date of application forms.
Relaxation is for SC/ST/OBC-NCL/ESM/PwD/WIDOWS/Divorced Women/Women judicially separated from their husbands who are not remarried, persons Domiciled in J&K State during the period from 31-03-2003 to 31-03-1991 as per extant Govt. of India rules.
Selection Procedure for MES Recruitment 2021:
Written Examination followed by Document Verification. There will not be any Interviews.
