Criteria for Admissions:
General Eligibility Conditions:
- The candidates are required to compulsorily go through the prospectus before filling up their online application forms for their admission.
- For admission in all University programs, the candidates should have studied and passed Urdu as a subject/ language or as a Medium in 10th/10+2/ Graduation level or equivalent Madrasa courses with Urdu as a medium of instruction in addition to fulfilling the qualification criteria mentioned for the programs under respective Departments.
- Admission to Urdu exempted candidates only for Departments of Hindi, English, and Arabic shall be conditional subject to an undertaking that he/she will enroll and qualify the Certificate Course in Urdu offered by the University failing which degree shall not be awarded.
- Madrasa pass-out students may visit the list of recognized programs and Madrasa on the university website and prospectus 2021-22 for their eligibility.
- The Madrasa where the medium of instruction is not Urdu shall not be considered for Urdu eligibility.
