ITBPF Recruitment 2021: Indo-Tibetan Border Police Force (ITBPF) invites Online applications from intending eligible Indian citizens (MALE & FEMALE) for filling up the 65 vacancies for the recruitment of Meritorious Sportspersons to the Post of Constable/ General Duty in Group ‘C’ under Sports Quota-2021, on a temporary basis likely to be made permanent in ITBP.

Wrestling, Kabaddi, Karate, Archery, Wushu, Taekwondo, Judo, Gymnastics, Sports Shooting, Ski & Boxing
Sports/Games disciplines for Females:
Wrestling, Kabaddi, Karate, Archery, Wushu, Taekwondo, Judo, Sports Shooting, Ski, Boxing & Ice Hockey
Educational Qualification:
Matriculation or its equivalent from a recognized board.
Sports Qualification:
- Players who have participated or won medal (s) in the level of competition given in the list of Sports/Games disciplines of this advertisement from 01/01/2019 till 02/09/2021 will only be considered.
- Individual event (International/National) The sportsperson who have participated or won a medal(s) in any International Sports events recognized by the International Olympic Association as a member of the Indian Team and players who has won a medal(s) in any National Games or Championships recognized by Indian Olympic Association Sports Federation of (concerned Sport), Youth/Junior National Championship held from 01/01/2019 to 02/09/2021.
- Team event (International/National) In the team event, sportsperson who have won any medal in National Games/National Championships Both (Junior & Senior), recognized by respective Federation/ Association recognized by the Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports or conducted by the Indian Olympic Association during the period of 01/01/2019 to 02/09/2021, while representing State/UT/Sports Control Boards, Sportsperson should be playing member of the team. However, this condition does not apply to medal(s) in international tournaments.
Application Fees:
Male candidates belonging to Un-reserved (UR), Other Backward Classes (OBC), and Economically Weaker Section (EWS) category applying for recruitment to the post of Constable(GD) under Sports Quota should pay Rs. 100/- as application fee through the ITBP Recruitment website www.recruitment.itbpolice.nic.in. Application received with any other mode of fee payment will be summarily rejected. Fees are exempted for females and candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe category.
