The Indian Maritime University, established through an Act of Parliament (Act 22) in November 2008 as a Central University. The Indian Maritime University is headquartered at Chennai. The IMU has six regional campuses at Chennai, Mumbai port Campus, Navi Mumbai, Kolkata, Visakhapatnam and Kochi. The Indian Maritime University is accepting online application for admission 2020 through Common Entrance Test (CET). The CET is for UG/PG/Research Programmes, except B.B.A.
Courses offered for Undergraduate in Indian Maritime University Admission 2020:
- 4-Year B.Tech. (Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture & Ocean Engineering).
- 3-Year B.Sc. (Nautical Science, Ship Building & Repair).
- 3-Year B.B.A. (Logistics, Retailing & E-Commerce).
- 1-Year Diploma in Nautical Science (DNS).
For BBA – Candidates who are desirous of joining the BBA (Logistics, Retailing and e-Commerce) Programme, will be required to register through the link provided in IMU’s website. There will be NO CET for admissions to this programme.
Note: Candidates who have registered online for admissions to “UG Programmes except BBA” but also interested in the BBA (LRE) Programme, will need to register separately for the BBA Programme and must pay the Application fee for registration for both.
