ICMR NIMR Recruitment 2024: ICMR-National Institute of Malaria Research invites online applications from intending eligible candidates for the recruitment of 08 Personal Assistants, Stenographers, Upper Division Clerk, & Lower Division Clerk Posts under the Administrative Cadre
1. Name of the Post: Personal Assistant
No. of posts: 01 posts
Age Limit: 30 years
Salary: Level-6 (Rs.35400/-Rs.112400/-)
Education Qualification:
- Minimum 3 years bachelor’s Degree in any Discipline from a recognized University/institution. There will be no equivalence of the qualification. The candidates having Degrees shall only be considered.
- 120 w.p.m speed in shorthand in English or Hindi
- Working knowledge of computer (MS Office/PowerPoint)
Note:- Qualifying marks for written test shall be 50% for UR/EWS/OBC and 40% for SC/ST/PWD candidates Only qualified candidates shall be called for the Skill Test Test
- Skill Test/Shorthand Test: dictation: 10 minutes at a speed of 120 words per minute
- Transcription: 60 minutes in English or 75 minutes in Hindi on a computer
2. Name of the Post: Stenographer
No. of posts: 02 posts
Age limit: 27 years
Salary: Level-4 (Rs.25500/-Rs.81100/-)
Education Qualification:
- 12th class pass or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board or university with computer literacy
- 80 w.p.m speed in shorthand in English or Hindi
Note:- Qualifying marks for written test shall be 50% for UR/EWS/OBC and 40% for SC/ST/PWD candidates Only qualified candidates shall be called for the Skill Test Test
- Skill Test/Shorthand Test: dictation: 10 minutes at a speed of 80 words per minute
- Transcription: 50 minutes in English or 65 minutes in Hindi on a computer
3. Name of the Post: Upper Division Clerk
No. of posts: 02 Posts
Age Limit: 27 years
Salary: Level-4 (Rs.25500/-Rs.81100/-)
Education Qualification:
- Degree of a recognized University or Equivalent
- typing speed of 35 w.p.m in English or 30 w.p.m in Hindi on Computer
- (35w.p.m and 30 w.p.m correspond to 10500 KDPH/9000KDPH on an average of 05 key depressions for each word)

- typing speed of 35 w.p.m in English or 30 w.p.m in Hindi on Computer
- (35 w.p.m and 30 w.p.m correspond to 10500 KDPH/9000KDPH on an average of 05 key depressions for each word)
