IBPS RRB Recruitment 2023: Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) invites online applications for the Common Recruitment Process for RRBs (CRP RRBs XII) from Indian Nationals who are eligible for filling up 8594 vacant posts of Officer Scale I, II, III & Office Assistant(Multipurpose).
1. Name of the Post: Office Assistant (Multipurpose)

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent
(a) Proficiency in the local language as prescribed by the participating RRB/s
(b) Desirable: Working knowledge of Computer.
2. Name of the Post: Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager)

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent Preference will be given to the candidates having degrees in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Cooperation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics or Accountancy;
Proficiency in the local language as prescribed by the participating RRB/s*

3. Name of the Post: Officer Scale-II (General Banking Officer (Manager))

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. Preference will be given to the candidates having degrees in Banking, Finance, Marketing, Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Cooperation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics and Accountancy.
Post-Qualification Experience: Two years as an officer in a Bank or Financial Institution
4. Name of the Post: Officer Scale-II (Information Technology)

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree from a recognised University in Electronics / Communication / Computer Science / Information Technology or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
Desirable: Certificate in ASP, PHP, C++, Java, VB, VC, OCP etc.
Post-Qualification Experience: One year (in the relevant field)
5. Name of the Post: Officer Scale-II (Chartered Accountant)
No. of Post: 21
Educational Qualification: Certified Associate (CA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
Post-Qualification Experience: One Year as a Chartered Accountant.
6. Name of the Post: Officer Scale-II (Law)
No. of Post: 24
Educational Qualification: Degree from a recognised University in Law or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
Post-Qualification Experience: Two years as an advocate or should have worked as Law Officer in Banks or Financial Institutions for a period of not less than two years
7. Name of the Post: Officer Scale-II (Treasury Manager)

Educational Qualification: Chartered Accountant or MBA in Finance from a recognized university/ institution.

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. Preference will be given to the candidates having Degrees/ Diploma in Banking, Finance, Marketing, Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Cooperation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics and Accountancy.
Post-Qualification Experience: Minimum 5 years experience as an Officer in a Bank or Financial Institution.
Age Limit (As on 01.06.2023):
- Officer Scale- III (Senior Manager)- Above 21 years – Below 40 years i.e. candidates should not have been born earlier than 03.06.1983 and later than 31.05.2002 (both dates inclusive)
- Officer Scale-II (Manager)- Above 21 years – Below 32 years i.e. candidates should not have been born earlier than 03.06.1991 and later than 31.05.2002 (both dates inclusive)
- Officer Scale- I (Assistant Manager)- Above 18 years – Below 30 years i.e. candidates should not have been born earlier than 03.06.1993 and later than 31.05.2005 (both dates inclusive)
- Office Assistant (Multipurpose)- Between 18 years and 28 years i.e. candidates should not have been born earlier than 02.06.1995 and later than 01.06.2005 (both dates inclusive)
Age Relaxation: Category-wise age relaxation is as mentioned below

Applying Process of IBPS RRB Recruitment 2023:
Candidates have to apply online from the IBPS official website https://www.ibps.in/ or from the below provided “Apply Online Button”.
A candidate can apply for the Post of Office Assistant (Multipurpose) and can also apply for the Post of Officer. However, a candidate can apply for only one post in the officer’s cadre i.e. for Officer Scale-I or Scale-II, or Scale-III.
Candidates have to apply separately and pay fees/intimation charges separately for each post. Candidates can apply online only. No other mode of application will be accepted.
