1. Name of the Post: Director

Salary: Academic Level-14
Educational and Other Qualifications:
- An Eminent Scholar with published work of high quality, actively engaged in research, with 10 years of experience in postgraduate teaching and/or experience in research at University/ National Level Institutions, including experience in guiding research at the Doctoral level. The area of research and teaching shall invariably be both Folk and Classical Theatre, Folk Music, Dance, and Culture of Uttarakhand.
- The incumbent shall necessarily be a performing artist, having produced, participated in, and directed at least 5 theatre and 5 musical productions on the Uttarakhand folk matrix
OR - An outstanding scholar and performer of the folk theatre, music, and arts of Uttarakhand with an established reputation who has made significant contributions to knowledge (read folk theatre, music, and culture).
2. Name of the post: Deputy Director

Age Limit: 57 years
Salary: Academic Level- 13A
Education and Other Qualifications:
- Good academic record with a Doctoral degree or equivalent published work on the folk dances and music ofuttarakhand or other Himalayan states. In addition to these, candidates who join from outside the University system shall also possess at least 55% of the marks or an equivalent grade of B on the 7 Point scale with latter grades O, A, B, C, D, E, and F at the Master’s degree level. Five years of experience in teaching and /or research and experimentation, excluding the period spent for obtaining the research degree, and has made some mark in the areas of scholarship and musical and dance productions at the state or national level as evidenced by quality publications, productions, contribution to education innovation, design of new courses and curricula in music and dance. Should be a traditional or a professional performing artist with highly commendable professional achievement in the concerned subject, i.e. folk music and dance, classical music and dance.
3. Name of the post: Assistant Director
No. of posts: 01 posts
Age Limit: 40 years
Salary: Academic Level-10
Education and Other Qualifications:
- He/she should be a graduate of the National School of Drama, New Delhi, or a Graduate of the Film and Television Institute of India (FTII), Pune, or equivalent qualifications with sufficient experience in play productions, direction, and acting. The candidate with sufficient experience in the folk theatre of Uttarakhand, in addition to these requirements, will be preferred.
GROUP-‘C’
4. Name of the post: Driver
No. of posts: 07 posts
Age Limit: 30 years
Salary: Level-02
Education and Other Qualifications:
- 10th Pass from any recognized Board
- Possession of a Valid Commercial Driving License for Light/Medium,/Heavy Vehicles issued by the Competent authority having no adverse endorsement
- Knowledge of motor mechanisms (the candidate should be able to remove minor defects in vehicles).
- Experience in driving motor vehicles for at least 3 years
