1. Name of the post: Senior Manager (Mechanical)

Education Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, with 9 years of executive experience in maintenance/consultancy/projects/construction/fabrication departments in mechanical field in large Fertiliser / Chemical / Petro Chemical plants or large engineering firms/construction firms / Government / Defence Services, of which last 3 years shall be (a) if executives of CPSEs on IDA scales, in a position one level below E4 grade in scale of pay E3 – Rs.60000-180000 (if 2017 based IDA scales) or equivalent / higher grade, or (b) if working in other establishments, drawing a minimum CTC of Rs.15.5 lakhs per annum.

- In the absence of sufficient suitable candidates with the prescribed experience of 2 years, candidates with the prescribed qualifications and one to two years of prescribed experience will be considered. Against reserved posts, SC/ST candidates without experience will also be considered in the absence of candidates with experience as above.
