Eligibility Criteria for ESIC Recruitment 2024:
Citizenship:
- A Candidate must be either:
- a citizen of India, or
- a subject of Nepal, or
- a subject of Bhutan, or
- a Tibetan refugee who came over to India before 1st January 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India, or a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, or East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania(formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India.
Age Limit:
- The lower Age limit for all Categories is 18 Years
- UR/EWS: 30 years
- OBC: 33 years
- SC/ST: 35 years
- PwBD: 40 years
Education Qualification:
- (A)
- B.Sc. (Hons.) in Nursing from a recognized University or Institute; or Regular course in B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized University or Institute or Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized University or Institute; and
- Registered as a nurse or nurse and midwife (Registered Nurse or Registered Nurse & Registered Midwife) with the State Nursing Council.
- OR
- (B)
- Diploma in General Nursing Mid-Wifery from a recognized Board of Council; and
- Registered as a nurse or nurse and mid-wife (Registered Nurse or Registered Nurse & Registered Midwife) with the State Nursing Council;
- One year experience in a minimum of fifty hospitals after acquiring the educational qualification at
