DRDO Assam Recruitment 2021 invites applications from intending eligible energetic and enthusiastic candidates with the zeal to work at high altitude areas for 07 vacant posts of Jr. Research Fellowships and Research Associates at DRL(DRDO), Tezpur, Assam.
Tenure: Tenure of JRF is initially 2 years, which is extendable as per Govt rules and that of RA is two years (max). Award of Fellowship/Associate does not confer any right to absorption or employment in DRDO.
1. Research Associate

Stipend: Rs. 54,000/- per month
Essential Qualification: PhD in Zoology / Entomology / Food Science & Technology / Microbiology / Biotechnology / Environmental Science / Life Sciences
Age Limit: 35 years
2. Junior Research Fellow (JRF)
No. of posts: 02
Stipend: Rs. 31,000/- per month
Essential Qualification: MTech / ME in Textile Engineering or MSc in Biotechnology with NET qualification or MPharm
Age Limit: 28 years
3. Junior Research Fellow (JRF)
No. of posts: 2
Stipend: Rs. 31,000/- per month
Essential Qualification: MSc in Botany / Microbiology / Biotechnology / Environmental Science / Life Sciences with NET qualification
Age Limit: 28 years
Cutoff Date and Age Relaxation:
Age and Education qualification will be counted as on 31/Jul/2021. Age Limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC candidates.
Selection Procedure for DRDO Assam Recruitment 2021:
The selection will be done on the basis of Interview.
The date and time for the Interview will be communicated individually to the suitable candidates by email.
Work Location: Place of work is DRL, Tezpur and its detachments at Salari and Tawang in Arunachal Pradesh.
