Digboi College Admission 2021: Digboi College, a premier institution of higher education affiliated with Dibrugarh University was established in 1965 in the historic oil town of Digboi, Assam. The college has come a long way in imparting education at the undergraduate level in Arts, Science, and Commerce stream – both Major and Non-Major and has recently introduced a regular MSc in Physics. At present, there are 20 departments in the college with student strength of 1949. It is a provincialized college under Govt. of Assam. Apply Procedure for Digboi College Admission 2021:
- Candidates aspiring for Admission into Degree First Semester (Arts/Science/Commerce) class of Digboi College are required to login to the college website www.digboicollege.edu.in and click the button Admission 2021.
- The candidate shall be required to select the required PROGRAMME and STREAM from the drop-down menu.
- The applicant can save and review the information entered before SUBMISSION, which can be edited on subsequent logins. However, after submission, editing of information shall not be possible.
- On submission of the Online Application Form by an applicant, an Acknowledgement Slip and an Application Form with Unique Applicant No shall be generated against each successful submission of the Application. The Candidate shall have to take a printout of both for future reference/verification.
- Admission will be made according to the norms laid down by the Admission Committees on the basis of merit, government-prescribed reservation procedure, and availability of seats.
- A provisional selection list will be notified on the college website. The provisionally selected applicants will receive a message and link in the registered mobile number/ email/ registered account for CONFIRMING his/her admission.
