CUET Registration 2023: The Common University Entrance Test (CUET), earlier known as Central Universities Common Entrance Test (CUCET) is an all-India test being organized by the National Testing Agency(NTA) for admission into Undergraduate Programmes in Central Universities for Academic session 2023-24 under the Ministry of Education, and other participating Universities /Institutions /Organizations/ Autonomous Colleges.
The Common University Entrance Test (CUET) will provide a common platform and equal opportunities to candidates across the country, especially those from rural and other remote areas and help establish better connect with the Universities. A single Examination will enable the Candidates to cover a wide outreach and be part of the admissions process to various Central Universities.

Mode of Examination: Computer-Based Test (CBT)
Pattern of Question Paper: Objective type Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs)
Medium of Examination: 13 languages i.e. English, Hindi, Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu.
Eligibility Criteria for CUET Registration 2023:
Age Limit: For appearing in the CUET (UG) – 2023, there is no age limit for the candidates.
Educational Criteria: The candidates who have passed the class 12 /equivalent examination or are appearing in 2023 irrespective of their age can appear in the CUET (UG) – 2023 examination. However, the candidates will be required to fulfil the age criteria (if any) of the University/Institution/Organization to which they are desirous of taking admission.

Choice of Examination Centre Cities:
While applying, candidates have to select any two cities of their choice.
For convenience, the candidates may select their own city or neighbouring cities in their State of Residence only and not for far away cities in other States. NTA will not be responsible for any inconvenience due to the incorrect selection of cities by the candidates.

Syllabus of CUET Exam:
Language– Language to be tested through Reading Comprehension (based on different types of passages–Factual, Literary and Narrative, and Literary Aptitude and Vocabulary.
Domain Subject– As given on the NTA website https://cuet.samarth.ac.in
General Test– General Knowledge, Current Affairs, General Mental Ability, Numerical Ability, Quantitative Reasoning (Simple application of basic mathematical concepts arithmetic /algebra geometry /mensuration /stat), Logical and Analytical Reasoning.

How to apply for CUET Registration 2023?
Candidates are required to apply for CUET (UG) – 2023 through the “Online” mode only on the website https://cuet.samarth.ac.in/ or can directly “Apply Online” from the link below. The Application Form in any other mode will not be accepted. Only one application is to be submitted by a candidate.
Note: Candidates must ensure that the e-mail address and Mobile Number provided in the Online Application Form are their own or Parents/Guardians only as all information/ communication will be sent by NTA through e-mail on the registered e-mail address or SMS on the registered Mobile Number only.
Application Fee for CUET Registration 2023:
Payment Mode: Online. The fee can be submitted only online through Net Banking, Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, or Paytm Services.

- Starting date of submission of online application: 09th February 2023
- Last date of submission of online application: 30th March 2023 (Up to 09:50 P.M.)
- Last date for payment of fee online: 30 March 2023 (Up to 11:50 P.M.)
- Correction in particulars of Online Application Form: 01 April to 03 April 2023
- Announcement of the City of Examination: 30 April 2023
- Issue of admit cards online: 2nd week of May 2023
- Date for examination: 21st May 2023 to 31st May 2023
