A. Name of the Post: Engineer

Discipline-Wise Vacancies and Qualification:
1. Production: 07 [UR-03, OBC-02, SC-02]
Educational Qualification: Full-Time engineering degree in Chemical Engineering /M.SC Chemistry.
Experience: 2 Years Experience in maintenance, operation and production, project planning, Implementation, and coordination of large-modern Cement Projects 03 years of experience is required for M.Sc (Chemistry)
2. Mechanical: 03 [UR-01, ST-01, EWS-01]
Educational Qualification: Full-time Engineering Degree in Mechanical.
Experience: 2 years experience in maintenance, operation, and production, project planning, implementation, and coordination of large-size modern Cement projects.
3. Civil: 02 [UR-01, OBC-01]
Educational Qualification: Engineering Degree in Civil Engineering.
Experience: 2 years experience in design, project implementation, and construction of industrial structures, foundations, and large concrete silos for storage and their maintenance.
4. Mining: 03 [UR-O1, OBC-O1, SC-O1]
Educational Qualification: Engineering Degree in Mining with First Class / 2nd Class Managers Certificate of Competency under MMR-1961.
Experience: 2 years experience in quarry management in open-cast mechanized mines or in cement factories.
5. Instrumentation: 04 [UR-03, OBC-O1]
Educational Qualification: Engineering Degree in Electronics & Instrumentation or Instrumentation.
Experience: 2 years experience in process instrumentation & computer/microprocessor-based process control systems, programming, operation & troubleshooting, and automation of modern cement plant.
6. Electrical: 02 [ST-01, OBC-01]
Educational Qualification: Engineering Degree in Electrical Engineering.
Experience: 2 years experience in installation, commissioning, testing, and maintenance of electrical equipment, high-tension & low-tension motors, switch gears, transformers, and other heavy electrical installations and power distribution and control in the Cement Industry/Manufacturing Industry.

1. Material Management: 1 [OBC-01]
Educational Qualification: Engineering Degree or Full-time Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Material Management.
Experience: 2 years experience in material management in a manufacturing company / PSU.
2. Marketing: 01 [UR-01]
Educational Qualification: Full-time 2 years MBA (Marketing) or equivalent.
Experience: 2 years experience in marketing of cement.
3. Finance & Accounts: 03 [UR-02, SC-01,]
Educational Qualification: CA / ICWA / Full time 2 years MBA ( Finance).
Experience: 2 years experience in Finance & Accounts in a Manufacturing company/PSU.
4. Rajbhasha Adhikari: 01 [OBC-01]
Educational Qualification: Post-Graduation in Hindi with English as a subject at graduation level or vice versa; or Post-Graduation with HindiMedium in any subject and English as a subject at graduation level or vice versa.
Experience: Experience in translation from Hindi to English and vice-versa in a company of repute
5. Legal: 04 [UR-01, OBC-01, EWS-01, SC-01]
Educational Qualification: Full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Law or Postgraduate Degree in law from Bar Council of India-recognized Colleges / Universities/ institutions.
Experience:
- Advocate/ Legal Consultant/ Legal Assistant/ Associate in an Advocates’ or Solicitors’ Office or Law firm after being enrolled with the Bar Council;
or - As a Law Officer in the Legal Department of a bank / financial institution / statutory corporation/company/State/Central Government.
C. Name of the post: Chartered Accountant

Discipline-Wise Vacancies and Qualification:
1.Finance & Accounts: 01 [UR-01]
Educational Qualification: Final Examination of CA Pass.
Experience: Experience, if any, in Finance & Accounts in a manufacturing company/ PSU
Salary:
For Post A & B:-
Monthly Remuneration: Rs.40000/- +HRA Rs.10000/- in case of posting in CO/RO. In case of posting in Units, Monthly Remuneration: Rs-40000/- + To be provided as per entitlement subject to availability of quarters.
Note: On the successful completion of 01 year, the candidates will be eligible for an annual increment in the tune of 5%
For Post C:-
- Rs-30000/- (Fresher Candidates)
- Rs-40000/- Experience (more than 2 years)
Note: On the successful completion of 01 years, the candidates will be eligible for an annual increment to tune of 6%
Age Limit: For all above Posts: 35 Yrs.
Age Relaxation:
- ST/SC: 5 Years
- OBC: 3 Years.
Important Information:
- The initial tenure would be for one year, which can be extended up to 3 years, based on the performance of the incumbent. The fixed-term contract can be terminated by giving one month’s notice/wages in lieu of the notice period, by either side. Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply.
- The Present vacancy is for its units at Tandur, Bokajan, Rajban Units, and Corporate office carrying All India Service Liability.

Selection Procedure for CCI Recruitment 2023:
The shortlisted candidates will be called for an Interview, followed by a Medical examination Document Verification and computer knowledge.
