The Bank Note Press, Dewas (BNP) is one of the nine units under the “Security Printing and Minting Corporation of India Limited” (SPMCIL), a Mini Ratna Category-I, Central Public Sector Enterprise Company, a wholly-owned company of Government of India, incorporated on 13th January 2006 under the Companies Act, 1956 with the objective of designing, manufacturing of Bank Notes & Security Inks, etc. SPMCIL is under the administrative control of the Ministry of Finance with its Registered and Corporate Office on 16th Floor, Jawahar Vyapar Bhawan, Janpath, New Delhi.

1. Welfare Officer

a. Possesses a degree of a University recognized by the State Government on this behalf;

NOTE :
- 1st class means 1st class awarded by the University/Institute irrespective of the percentage of marks.
- In case a University/ Institute does not award any class or percentage then a minimum of 60% will be required to be considered for Eligibility in cases where First Class is required. Further, wherever CGPA/OGPA/CPI or letter grade in a Degree is awarded, an equivalent percentage of marks should be indicated in the application as per norms adopted by University/Institutes. The candidate is required to obtain a certificate to this effect from the University/Institute.

Eligibility Criteria (age, qualification and experience etc.) for Bank Note Press Recruitment 2021:
Minimum age – 18 years as on last date of receipt of application for all the posts.
Upper age limit is relaxable as under:
- a maximum of 5 years for SC/ST candidates.
- Up to a maximum of 3 years for candidates belonging to OBC.
- Up to a maximum of 10 years for a physically handicapped person.
- For candidates belonging to SC/ST who are physically handicapped, the maximum age relaxation is 15 years.
- For candidates belonging to OBC who are physically handicapped, the maximum age relaxation is 13 years.
- Up to a maximum of 3 years (8 years for SC/ST and 6 years for OBCs candidates) for Ex-Servicemen. This is in addition to the period of their service rendered by them in the Defence force. However, they should not have crossed 50 years of age.
- Departmental candidates: No age bar for the in-service SPMCIL employees who fulfill the essential qualification and experience provided, at least three years‟ service is left on the date of the advertisement.
