What is the Salary of Stenographer Grade-II in Assam Secretariat Recruitment 2024?
Under Payband P.B. -3, it is Rs. 22,000/- to 97,000/-, Grade Pay: Rs.9,400/- (per month).
Eligibility Criteria for Assam Secretariat Recruitment 2024:
Age Limit:
The candidates should not be less than 21 years of age and not more than 38 years of age as on 01-01-2023.
Age Relaxation: The category-wise age relaxation is as follows:
- OBC/MOBC: 3 years
- SC/ST (P) & (H): 5 years
- PwBD: 10 years
Note: The Age limit of the candidates will be calculated based on the Class-X/Class-XII Examination Admit Card/Pass Certificate/Marksheet issued by a recognized Central/State Board/Council where Age/Date of Birth (D.O.B.) is reflected.
Educational Qualification:
Candidates should have passed the Degree examination or equivalent examination from a recognized University.
Typing Speed: No candidate shall be eligible to sit for the speed test at 100 w.p.m in English and 90 w.p.m in Language (Assamese, Bengali, and Hindi), unless he/she had passed the speed test at 80 w.p.m in English and 70 w.p.m in Language (Assamese, Bengali and Hindi) conducted by the Board, constituted and recognized by the Government.
