Assam Direct Recruitment 2023: Assam Direct Recruitment invites online applications from the intending eligible candidates, who are citizens of India having registration number in the employment exchange of the State of Assam, for filling up 12600 vacant posts of Class-III and Class-IV under different departments/establishments in Government of Assam.
1. Post: Class-III
Total no.of posts: 7600
a. Category I (Bachelor Degree Level)
No.of post: 4055
Education Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Bachelor’s Degree with Computer Certificate/Diploma of minimum 6(six) months duration and Stenography Certificate from a recognized Institute.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Library Science with Computer Certificate/Diploma of minimum 6(six) months duration from a recognized Institute and Stenography Certificate from a recognized Institute.
b. Category II (HSSLC Level)
No.of post: 3,127
Education Qualification: HSSLC or equivalent Examination passed
c. Category III (HSLC Level)
No. of post: 418
Education Qualification: HSLC or equivalent Examination passed with valid LMV Driving Licence.
2. Post: Class-IV
Total no.of posts: 5000
Education Qualification wise vacancies:-
a. EducationQualification: Minimum HSLC(class-10) or equivalent examination passed.
No.of post: 1060 Posts
b. Education Qualification: HSLC(class-10) equivalent examination passed with ITI pass certificate in the trade of wireman/electrician/fitter/welder/ machinist/Electronics Mechanic from Govt. of Assam approved.
No.of post: 1990 Posts.
c. Education Qualification: Read up to Class VIII (Class 8)
No.of posts: 1950 Posts
Note: The maximum eligibility qualification for all Class-IV posts shall be HSSLC (Class-12) or equivalent examination passed and those who have educational qualifications higher than this maximum eligibility educational qualification on the date of application shall not be eligible to apply for any of the posts or category of posts.
Age Limit for Class III and Class IV:-
Age Limit: 18 years to 40 years
Age Relaxation:
- ST/SC: 5 years
- OBC/MOBC: 3 years
- Ex-Servicemen: 2 years
- PWD: 10 years
Eligibility Criteria:
- Citizenship: Candidates must be a citizen of India.on: HSLC or equivalent Examination passed with valid LMV Driving Licence.
- Employment Exchange Registration: Candidates must have registered their name in any one of the employment exchanges of Assam.
