Assam Agricultural University Recruitment 2021 invites applications from intending eligible candidates for the 22 vacant posts of Manager, Assistant and Co-ordinator on a contractual basis under Directorate of Research(Agri.), AAU, Jorhat.
1. Agril. Marketing Manager
No. of Posts: 01
Salary: Rs. 39,000/- per month (fixed)
Educational Qualification: The applicant must possess MBA in marketing or a closely related field from a recognized Institute.
Working Experience; The applicant should be having experience with handling Agri. Products or working experiences in agril. based MNC, food processing company or experience in Agri. products sale for 2-3 years.
Computer Skills; The applicant should have expertise in using the computer and Internet-based applications etc.
Desirable qualifications/Experience, Skills etc;
A. Experience of working in complex, multi-stakeholder, fast-moving environment and ability to work under pressure, strict deadlines and multitasking.
B. Good Social, analytical and planning skills; the candidate must show initiative, synthesis, organization and personal dynamism, be self-motivated and should possess the ability to work independently as well as in teams.

2. Accounts Manager – cum – MIS Expert

Salary: Rs. 24,000/-per month (fixed)
Educational Qualification: The applicant must possess at least a Degree in Commerce/Accountancy/ Finance and Accounts or a closely related field from a recognized University/Institute with sound knowledge of computer application.
Working Experience; The applicant preferably have at least three (3) years of professional experience in accounting management in any Public /private sector organization.
Computer Skills; The applicant must have proficiency in using and working with Tally Accounting System/ MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint and other related applications.
Desirable qualifications/Experience, Skills etc:
A. Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Accounting.
B. Experience of working in complex, multi-stakeholder, fast-moving environment and ability to work under pressure, strict deadlines and multitasking.

3. Office Assistant

Educational Qualification: The applicant should possess at least a Graduate (minimum three years duration) degree in any field from a recognized University/institution.
Working Experience; The applicant must have at least one year of experience in office management/secretarial work in any public or private sector organization.
Computer Skills: Must be excellent in using computer applications, with advanced knowledge of Office Management, proficiency in MS Office applications (like Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.) including email.

4. Field Co-ordinator
No. of Posts: 17
Salary: Rs. 18,000/-per month (fixed)
Educational Qualification: The applicant should possess at least a Graduate(minimum three years duration) degree in any field from a recognized University/institution.
Working Experience; The applicant must have at least one year of experience in office management/secretarial work in any public or private sector organization.
Computer Skills; Applicant should have knowledge in computer application, with advanced knowledge of Office Management, proficiency in MS Office applications (like Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.) including e-mail.
Job Location: On various locations of Assam.

Selection Procedure for Assam Agricultural University Recruitment 2021:
- Screening based on ToR.
- The Selection process for the post of Agril. Marketing Manager can be done through Walk in Interview (Offline) only.
- Online interview will be held followed by Skill test for the posts of Accounts Manager cum- MIS Expert & Office Assistant and Online interview will be held for the post of Field Coordinator only.
