APSC Recruitment 2022: APSC invites online applications from intending eligible candidates who are citizens of India for filling up 13 vacant posts of Junior Administrative Assistant.

No. of posts: 13 [ UR: 4, OBC/MOBC: 2, SC: 1, STP: 3, STH: 1, EWS: 2]
Scale of pay: Rs. 14,000/- to Rs. 60,500/- + Grade Pay Rs. 8700/- (Pay Band-2)
Educational Qualification:
a) The applicant must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Science/Commerce from a recognized University.
AND
b) The candidate must possess a minimum 6 (six) months Diploma/Certificate in computer proficiency from a Govt. recognized institute. He/She must have proficiency in Basic Computer Applications like MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access), Internet etc.
Age Limit: The candidate should not be less than 21 years of age and not more than 40 years of age as of 01/01/2022.
The upper age limit is relaxable:
- By 5 years for SC/ST candidates, i.e. up to 45 years.
- By 3 years for OBC/MOBC candidates i.e. up to 43 years as per Govt. Notification No. ABP. 6/2016/9 dated Dispur the 25th April 2018.
- For Persons with benchmark disability (PWBD) by 10 years irrespective of SC/ST/OBC and General Category of the candidate as per Govt. Memorandum No. ABP 180/2017/105 dated Dispur the 7th January 2019.
Note:
- The candidate applying for the post of Jr. A.A. must have registration in the Employment Exchange of Assam/Voter’s ID/PRC issued in Assam for educational purposes as proof of residency.
- Upload valid self-attested supporting documents.
- The age limit of the candidate will be calculated on the basis of the Matriculation / HSLC Admit Card or Pass Certificate issued by a recognized Central/State Board/Council and no other document shall be accepted in lieu of the mentioned documents.
